With the launch of our new website, we felt it was only right to introduce ourselves and tell you a little more about Glossy MGMT and what we're about. We're a female founded influencer talent agency - Founded by two industry professionals with 15 years’ experience of working with influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space!
What sets you apart from other businesses?
Our aim is to connect influencers with brands and take the stress out of getting high quality, performance led content in the fast paced, consumption led space of fashion, beauty and lifestyle. With 15 years of industry experience, we know now is a time to focus on inclusion, diversity and driving change through likeminded influencers and brands.
What is coming up that you are excited about right now?
With an ever-evolving rise of content creators, we are excited to be adding to our broad and diverse talent roster. We are continually on the lookout for new innovators with a fresh-thinking and trend-led approach to content creation who also champion the Glossy MGMT ethos to represent who we are and what we are all about. We are also making sure we are working on campaigns which align with beauty movements shaping the new decade by focusing on sustainability movements, inclusivity, and personalisation.
Are you engaging or connecting to your talent or brands in any way that is unique or innovative to your industry?
We understand that the brand wants to see more from the talent than just the product that they are selling to their followers. We want our talent to be experts in their fields and be able to share engaging content which can also aim to educate consumers on both the brand values and product themselves.
We also recognise generational trends and the importance of focusing on the economic climate and the brands journey for example, vegan, being sustainable, packaging choices, benefits of ingredients in products etc.
